Jersey Fitness has many classes to offer! Our instructors all have one main focus...to get you into shape while having fun! There is no need to register, just come to one of our schedules classes and be ready to GET FIT!
Aquacise
Pool aerobic conditioning class.
Body Contour
Toning and shaping class using body bars and dumbells. Total Body Experience
Silver Sneakers
Muscular strength class specifically designed for older adults.
Kickboxing
Cardiovascular workout utilizing every muscle in your body.
Boot Camp
1 hour military type training
Body Sculpt
A non-aerobic conditioning class using free weights, body bars, and body resistance.
Butt N Gutt
Extensive workout routine that focuses on defining glutes and waist area.
Yoga
Learn how to bring strength, balance, and flexibility to the body in this spiritual workout.
